The SPFC-NV-96H-3/3F type fiber optic cable splice box is a hat-type series product used for the pass-through function of products during fiber optic transmission, providing reliable and long-lasting protection for fiber optic connections. Installation Instructions
Loop through cable (unbroken cable)
Mark the cut point of the sheath strip about 180cm or according to the relevant requirements.
Broken cable
Peel off a pair of optical cables to be connected, remove the cable protective layer from the mark, peel off 120cm sheath and maintain the internal integrity.
Open the port
According to the requirement, use a saw to cut the cable port.
Installation Steps
- Put the heat shrinkable tube on the peeled cable, introduce it into the closure
- After the optical cable enters the box, the reinforced steel core passes through the reinforced core column, tightens and locks, and then the butt optical fiber is introduced into the fused fiber disc for fusion
- Wrap the junction between the optical cable and the heat shrink tube with tin foil to avoid overheating and damaging the cable
- Heat the cable with a torch until the heat shrink tube is completely attached to the port, wait till it to cool naturally (note: when heating the oval port, separate the heat shrink tube with a dividing clip)
- Cover installation: After operation completed, place a sealing ring in the groove of the base, put the cover on and lock them with a plastic clamp
Pole connection
Use the Z-shaped metal tool and two clasps to connect (as shown).
