Features

Application

Door Lock

Press down on the round opening at the bottom of the lock the handle will pop out turn the handle counterclockwise to open.

Fiber Placement

The fiber optical cable is installed from the top of the equipment.

The equipment base plate has several cable guide holes;

1. After the fiber optical cable is inserted it is fixed to the studs of the fiber optical cable fixing seat with a hose clamp.
2. The fiber optic cable is stripped and the stripping length is determined according to actual needs. The stripped fiber are then protected with round or flat protective tubes.
3. The fiber are inserted into the top holes and secured sequentially from bottom to top with nylon cable ties at appropriate positions on the right side before being inserted into the welding cover plate of the splicing module.

Pigtail Installation

1. Remove the continuous module;
2. Unfasten the protective cover on the module;
3. Remove the fusion splice cover;
4. Connect the pigtail connector to the corresponding port of the adapter inside the base according to the color code and naturally coil the pigtail (Note: the radius of curvature at all bends of the fiber should not be less than 40mm) and lead it to the cable port of the upper fusion splice cover;
5. Replace the fusion splice cover.

Fiber Splicing

1. Put the fixed-line fiber into the splice cover plate reserving a certain length according to the position of the splice module to ensure that the splice module can be easily connected. Secure the entrance with nylon cable ties;
2. Pull the pigtail from the cable hole in the middle of the cover plate;
3. Neatly coil the pigtail and the fiber core together on the outer ring of the cover plate fix and strip it and introduce the bare fiber into the splice chip for splicing. During splicing the splice point is protected with heat shrink tubing. After splicing is completed cover with the protective cover.

Fiber Patch Cord Placement

After one end of the fiber patch cord connector is completed all fiber cores are placed through the corresponding wire loop ports to the winding device on the right side of the equipment for storage. Due to the large space for winding and storing excess fiber the fiber patch cord placement operation of this SPDF-1728SF-FSMB is particularly convenient.

Packaging and Storage

• Packaging meet the requirements of GB3873 Clause 2.2.2. The package include an instruction manual accompanying accessories and a product certificate.
• Storage: This product shall be stored in a well-ventilated warehouse at -10℃ to 140℃ with a relative humidity of less than 75%. The warehouse shall be protected from corrosive gases and harmful substances.
